Description
Join me for guided indoor forest bathing held in winter at the Como Park Conservatory in St. Paul. A small, intimate group of five or less will gather to slow down, awaken the senses, and experience winter as a season of presence, rest, and quiet connection. No experience or special gear needed. This session is open to ages 12 and above (youth under 18 should be accompanied by a caregiver).

Cancellation Policy
Forest bathing will occur rain or shine, with the exception of weather deemed too dangerous by guide. Reservations can be canceled and refunded up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. A processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are not available for those who arrive late. In the unlikely event that LugnLed needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price without any deduction.
